TROOPERS, Heidelberg, June 26, 2026
This was my first time speaking at TROOPERS, and it was amazing!
I’d heard a lot in the community about this outstanding conference, that it’s special, with deeply technical security content. So I was happy my session got accepted, especially in the identity track.
My topic was Backup and Restore in Entra ID. This TROOPERS session was an evolution of a talk I’d already given in Tallinn at CTTT in January this year.
Microsoft has changed so much on the Entra platform that the TROOPERS version was effectively brand new, a roundup of the latest changes and newest Public Previews in Entra ID.
It makes me proud to be part of the TROOPERS family! I made new connections and met amazing people in Heidelberg.
All my demos were live, and — Murphy’s Law notwithstanding — everything ran smoothly. Thanks to the Troopers team and to everyone who attended and asked great questions, both during the session and afterwards.
